Our staff are selected for their dedication to caring and educating young children. 95% of the staff team are qualified to NNEB, NVQ Level II or Level III. We employ a range of staff on a full and part time basis, with varying levels of experience within the sector. This level of permanent staff ensures continuity between parents, children and staff, you will get to know the staff that will be caring for your children, and they will become familiar with you and your child.
We encourage our staff to undertake formal training to enhance their skills and to best equip them to deliver the best child care and education possible for your children.
All our staff are trained in food hygiene, child protection, and Paediatric First Aid. As well as progressing up the levels of training. We currently have staff working towards their NVQ level III and also a member of staff working towards their Foundation Degree.
We operate a ‘Key Carer’ policy at the Nursery; your child will have a designated member of staff who, whilst still working within the team caring for your child, is responsible for completing a learning journey for your child, and communicating information back to you at the end of your child’s session.
All staff have an enhanced check carried out on them through the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), which allows them to work closely with vulnerable people, any staff, visitors or students who have not been checked/or are going through the system are always supervised by their peers during the course of the day.

We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30am until 6:00pm.
