If you're going to give someone a tough cure for cancer, they need to know what cancer is and that they have it.

This is one of those times when things have to get worse before they get better... Like all the best films and stories, where the situation gets as bad as it can before fortunes change. It's as though no one appreciates the good until they've experienced the bad.
